Skippers Depot can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Skippers Depot accepts returns on most Items. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Returns will be refunded to the type of payment used in the original sale. Please allow up to 5 business days for a refund to be posted to your credit card account from the date the refund is processed. All returns must be in unopened, unused, and undamaged condition. Return Items are subject up to 30% restocking fee. No returns are allowed on special orders or electronic items. The customer is completely responsible for all shipping charges to and from items destination. Items that are received damaged will be subject to a claim with the parcel or freight company that delivered.
Damaged or Missing Goods
We thoroughly inspect items before shipping, and will not send out damaged packages. While we take extra measures to ensure safe and secure shipment of your product, issues during shipment are possible. We suggest you thoroughly inspect the package upon arrival before accepting delivery. If severe damage is apparent, the item should be refused during delivery “due to damaged packaging”. If your parcel is left without a signature and damage is found, contact Skippers Depot Customer Service at 1(800) 270-3797 within 48 hours of receiving your item and before opening, in order to help process the claim as soon as possible.
